General Comment: #11. Observed disinfectant wipes not properly stored in F9. Store cleaning products/hazardous items out of reach of children or locked away.****Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed large wasp nest near room of school building near playground area. Monitor and address wasp nest!***There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Mr. TJ present at time of inspection. Repair light fixture in storage room in gym area.
