#5 Observed difficultly at several paper towel dispensers from either handle getting stuck or paper itself getting jammed. Ensure paper towels are properly being distributed throughout school.**Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c)..Mr. Clyde was present during inspection.
