#5 Observed difficultly at several paper towel dispensers from either handle getting stuck or paper itself getting jammed. Ensure paper towels are properly being distributed throughout school. **Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).#7 Observed furniture items stored in stair well headed to library, boxes of books stored in hallway in need of distribution. **All storage shall be at least 15 inches above the floor or otherwise arranged so as to permit thorough cleaning. 15A NCAC 18A .2411.#8 Observed 1 light wire cover detached in gym.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).#9 Observed wheel chair and wax paper stored in shower area of restroom in health room. **Adequate facilities for storage of clothes and other personal items shall be provided and kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (e).#11 Observed 1 classroom with disinfectant wipes stored out. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).Ms Mundy was present during inspection
