No Points Deducted for the Following: 3. Observed one water fountain on the 4th grade hallway with build up in nozzle. Improvement from previous inspection. **Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). 5. Observed handwashing sink in need of recaulking in high school girls' restroom. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). 8. Observed heavy dust build up on vent covers in restrooms throughout during inspection. Needs to be cleaned at high enough frequency to reduce accumulation of dust. **All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). 9. Observed shower head with brown and white build up in girls' locker room on first floor in Family Life Center building. Needs to be thoroughly cleaned at higher frequency. **All fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2413 (d).
