Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in hallway outside of bathrooms near cafeteria and gym. Observed wall damage behind urinal and floors peeling/damaged in boys mobile bathroom. Repair/replace. REPEAT |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfecting wipes and Lysol aerosol spray accessible to children in several classrooms throughout school. Needs to be stored inaccessible to children to avoid health hazards (as directed on manufacturer label). REPEAT. |
