**Recommend closing the girls bathroom RR989 until large hole in the floor is repaired. NO POINTS #8: All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed many window sills need wiping off.

Observed sinks not working in MC951. Push button faucets staying on for less than 15 seconds, boy's RR989. Sinks need cleaning of build-up in rooms 212 and 106. Sinks needs repair in boy's R538 (3.0 points) Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c). Observed no soap in bathroom room 212.

Observed some modular units gutters drain to underneath unit. Water should not be pooling under buildings. Lots of dead drain flies on window sill and floor near window in room 106.
