Facility name has changed from Dilworth Elementary Sedgefield Campus to Sedgefield Montessori School. EHS has updated the name in CDP IMS. No points deducted: Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed stained ceiling tiles in small in E108. Needs to be checked for leaks and replaced.
