No Points Deducted: 6. Observed the wallpaper peeling up in room D12. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. 8. Observed the light shield falling in room D12. Reset. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). 11. -Observed Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes stored within reach of children (under the sink cabinet) in C1. -Observed a can of paint, carpet cleaner, and disinfectant wipes (in the bottom section of the 4 door cabinet) in E8. *Store all hazardous items out of reach of the children. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
