Thoroughly clean floors and walls in bathrooms from where children area throwing toilet paper on ceiling, walls and floor. Clean floor behind toilets. General cleaning of toilets and base of toilets in gang bathroom. Monitor and repair toilet paper dispensers attached to board on wall in last stall fixtures in bathrooms on E and D hall. Board toilet paper dispensers are attached to are loose from children kicking fixture. Monitor and repair strip on base of stall fixtures in gang bathroom on E and D hall bathrooms. Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b).

Clean or replace stained carpet in media center. Repair covering on wall in gym area. Repair molding on steps leading to stage in gym area. Clean exit door and repaint exit doors at end of hallways. Monitor water stained ceiling tile and bubbling paint on wall behind door in room E9. Address any roof or HVAC leaks then replace water stained ceiling tile and repair and repaint wall.
