Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed loose toilet seats throughout all 3 school building. Observed cleaning needed to the base of toilets throughout all school buildings.

Observed tissue and residue build up on ceiling located in Admin Building boys restroom. Observed tissue and pencils stuck to ceiling in boys restroom located in Main Building level 2.
