Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed minor stained ceiling tile outside of teacher lounge and at the start of “D” hallway. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed wall damaged in front of first urinal located on “C” hallway. Per head custodian, a work order has been submitted to have wall repaired. |
