NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed 1 stained ceiling tile in teachers workroom located in media center. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling replaced. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Mr. Sellers was present during time of inspection.
