NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #8. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed dead insects located within light shields throughout school building. *NOTE: Head Custodian Mr. Sellers was present during time of inspection.
