General Comments

Seneida Almonte (custodian) was present during the inspection. NO POINTS WERE DEDUCTED FOR THE FOLLOWING: 5. Observed one sink was not working in the boys 8th grade restroom, and a hand dryer was not working in the main hall girls restroom. **Keep all hand washing sinks and fixtures in good repair. 6. Observed a water/moisture stained ceiling tile on the 7th grade hall, and ceiling tiles were missing in the gym (3). **Keep all walls and ceilings in good repair.

Observed custodian closet door in boys restroom was left unlocked. **Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
