Repair needed. - Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed at the end of 8th grade hallway, missing ceiling tile exposing the HVAC lines in the ceiling. Replace the ceiling tiles. *Custodian: Ana Batista present during inspection walkthrough

Keep clean.
5	20	LAVATORY FACILITIES: Fixtures clean and in good repair 30#; soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices provided 40# (.2409)	No	No	No	Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed no soap available in the dispenser at hand sinks in women/men locker rooms in the gym, and girl restroom 8th grade hallway. Dysfunctional hand dryer in boy restroom main hallway, girl restroom 6th grade hallway. Broken soap dispensers in restrooms in cafeteria hallway. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed very slow water pressure at hand sinks in media center restroom. Adjustment maybe needed for adequate water pressure for proper hand washing.
