Observed black build up inside of drinking fountain nozzles located in cafeteria and sporadically throughout water fountains on hallways. Observed 1 water fountain leaking and in need of cleaning on 7th grade hallway. |

Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 toilet and 1 urinal out of order on boys 6th grade hallway. Observed 2 toilet out of order in girls restroom located on 5th grade hallway. Observed 1 urinal out of order in boys 5th grade hallway restroom.
Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). Observed tissue stuck to ceiling/walling in the following areas: girls and boys 7th grade hallway group restrooms and boys 5th grade hallway restroom. Observed some ceiling tiles missing in boys restroom located on 7th grade hallway. |
