Observed multipurpose cleaner in 509 and paint/primer stored accessible to students. Toxic materials should be stored to avoid health hazards. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed 2 automatic sinks not operating in girls 400 bathroom. Needs repair. EHS was unable to check upper 900 halls due to End of year testing.
