-Observed stained and/or missing ceiling tiles in room 519B, 801, 400 hallway, room 965 and throughout the 900 building (up & downstairs).
-Observed the ceiling peeling in the girl's restrooms on the 1st floor in the 900 hall. Repair.
-Observed missing ceiling tiles and stained ceiling tiles in room 203. Repair leak & Replace tiles.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

-Observed microbial growth growing on the shower wall and floor in the girl's visitor's shower.
-Observed the ceiling peeling over the shower in the girl's and boy's visitor locker rooms.
-Observed ceiling tiles either out of place or missing in the boy's visitor locker room. Replace (properly).

Observed 2 adult restrooms open (500 & 700 halls). Aerosol sprays were present and in reach of the students in the restrooms, in room 407, and in the girl's visitor's single restroom.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
