NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION #5. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed some spring loaded faucets with short run times on middle/high school side of building. *NOTE: Director of Facilities & Security, Chris Farnsworth, was present during time of inspection.
