Observed stained (black) ceiling tiles in girls restroom near the Roc and missing ceiling tile in girls restroom near 2nd/3rd grade hall/ main building.
Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent, washable materials and shall be kept clean. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (b). |

Observed lysol on shelf in common are on 5th grade hall, wipes out in S209 and A201. Observed medication and lysol out on shelf in nurses offices. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
