No points deducted. Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). Observed one water fountain outside cafeteria with low pressure. The premises of the school under control of the principal shall be kept neat and clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed broken picnic table on playground. Needs removal.

Observed Lysol aerosol and disinfectant wipes labeled “Keep out of Reach of Children” stored accessible to children. Needs to be stored to prevent health hazards.
