Observed several minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. Observed edging loose in main hall. Observed edging loose in Yellow 4 bathroom. Needs repair. REPEAT.
