NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #5. Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). Observed 1 handsink in boys restroom located on D hallway not functioning. Per head custodian, a work order has been submitted to have sink repaired. *NOTE: Head Custodian, Mr. Jordan, was present during time of inspection. Observed general cleaning needed to outside corners of toilets throughout school building.

Observed several minor stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced/repaired. Observed 1 floor tile chipped near entrance hallway leading to cafeteria.
