Observed missing ceiling tiles in Electrical Closet on B-hall. Observed water stained ceiling tiles in Learning Commons room on A-hall and in the main hall near Learning Commons room. Observed active leak on the Main hall near the D-hall. Ensure that leak is repaired and the ceiling tile be replaced after the leak is repaired.

Observed insects in the light shields in the Music room, Janitor closet on C-hall and throughout the hallways. Ensure that shields are removed and cleaned. Observed missing light shield on the Main hall near C-hall and in the girls' restroom on the D-hall. Needs to be replaced.
**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). |
