Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed ant and roach spray in A8 labeled for "indoor household use". Use only commercial pesticides. Observed all classrooms checked today to have chemicals stored less than 5 feet, including clorox wipes, all purpose cleaner, aerosol air freshener, and bulk hand sanitizer.
There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a). Observed large area between hall leading to cafeteria and A Hall to be washed out, creating pooling of water. |
