NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #4. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed 1 toilet in girl restroom on 800 hallway “out of order”. Per custodian a work order has been submitted to have toilet repaired. *NOTE: Custodian Mr. Mo, was present during time of inspection.
