Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). Observed loose edging/backsplash around the sink; rust around sinks, and sinks in need of recorking around base of backsplash in RR986 boys toilet. Observed sink in need of recorking in girls toilet in RR986. Observed out of order sign on mobile unit R516, maintenance has a workorder in place for repairs.
Observed trashcan in the hall to catch water leaking from the ceiling in hall 800, maintenance has a workorder in place for repairs.
Second toilet next to hall 800 won't flush a workorder has been requested. Exit door in 800 hall is adjar and will not completely fasten. |
