NO POINTS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATON: #11. Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed aerosol Lysol disinfectant sprays stored in reach of children sporadically in classrooms throughout school building. EHS advises school to store hazardous materials per manufacturers guidance that stays, "keep out of reach of children". NOTE: Head Custodian Mr. Darryl, darryld.mccoy@cms.k12.nc.us was present during time of inspection. Report emailed to him and Principal, Matt Slota, at the following: matthew.slota@cms.k12.nc.us
