General Comments

Inspection led by Jamil Blackmon, under supervision of Savannah Parker. No Points Deducted: 3. Observed water pressure set too high on water fountains in trailer RR 1015. Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). 4. Observed toilet seat handles in Pre-K room 511 damaged. Observed toilet screw caps missing on base toilets throughout building. Toilet fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2408 (d). 8. Observed insects inside light fixtures throughout. All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).
