Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed cleaners, mouthwash, and aerosols stored in unlocked staff bathrooms. Observed aerosols and disinfectant wipes stored in multiple classrooms accessible to children. Needs to be stored as directed on manufacturer label to avoid health hazards. |
