Observed wall paper peeling in room 102. Needs to be repaired. Observed water stained ceiling tiles on 1st grade hall and ceiling tile outside of of room 112. Observed water stained ceiling tiles in rooms 102, 110, 112, 113, 114 and 116. Ensure that leaks are not ongoing and have ceiling tiles replaced.
