Observed stained ceiling tiles near door to stairs on top level and near wifi box on bottom level. Observed crack/bulge in ceiling near ASEP office door. Observed wallpaper peeling in L200 and stains on carpet in M222 and M208.

Observed 2 containers of paint stored in cubby in 5th grade class and disinfectant wipes stored on counters/desks in M222 and L100.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
