Repeat: Observed aerosol sprays in the adult restrooms and cleaners within reach of the children in some classes. Also observed all of the other cleaning sprays, wipes, etc stored on the floor in the isolation mobile. If any children were to visit the room, the items must be placed out of their reach. Place all hazardous items out of reach of the students.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
