Observed disinfectant spray and wipes stored in reach of children(on desks) in class labeled 2/3yr and the only class used on 2nd floor. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
