Observed ceiling tiles in bathroom made of absorbent material. Ceiling tiles in bathroom should be non absorbent and easily cleanable. Observed loose and damaged wall paper in girls bathroom, damaged base board, damaged floor tile and missing floor tiles in boys and girls bathroom upstairs. Tightly secure and seal loose wall paper and base board. Replace missing and damaged floor tiles. Observed toilet out of order in girls bathroom. Clean carpet under water fountain on 2nd floor. Observed floor tiles missing in the lab area.
