Wall paper damage in women's restrooms; drywall damage and baseboard damage in the mens 2nd floor hall restrooms; a ceiling tile was missing in the kindergarten restroom.**Walls and ceilings of toilet facilities shall be constructed of non-absorbent; washable materials and shall be kept clean. Observed hte carpet with ripples and need to be stretched in the High School classroom; the ceiling tiles were not secure in the 2nd floor resourse room; and the floor in science lab was missing several tiles(sub-floor exposed).**Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.General Comment: Wendi Simmons accepted the report. |
