All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).- Observed dead bugs/debris inside light shield cover on ceiling mainly in Hampton Hall. Detail cleaning needed. Keep clean. #6. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stain on ceiling tiles in art room Wilcox building. Misplaced ceiling tiles in men locker room. Repair/replace ceiling tiles needed. Observed ceiling vent in weight room restroom need cleaning and keep clean from dusts. Observed disrepair/discolor toilet seats here and there throughout the school. Repair needed and keep all toilet fixtures in good repair.
