Observed broken soap dispenser and dysfunctional hand dryer in boy restroom at Hampton Hall, 3rd floor. Need repair. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed boy locker room ceiling vent cover with dust, need cleaning and keep clean. Observed water stained on ceiling tiles in room 653 in Hampton Hall, and classroom right across room 316 in Wilcox building. Check if for no active leaks, repair/replace the ceiling tiles. |
