Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed numerous janitorial closets left unlocked with numerous hazardous items left accessible to children; Observed staff restrooms left unlocked with several aerosol sprays left accessible to children. CDI corrected during inspection all hazardous items properly stored behind lock and key. |
