Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed custodial closet in cafeteria containing cleaning chemicals and supplies unlocked. Observed Lysol aerosol spray and chlorox wipes stored on table next to entrance in Grade 3-5 classroom. Observed comet spray bottle in sink at classroom across from entrance. Needs to be stored inaccessible to children to avoid health hazards. REPEAT. |
