No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed water heater leaking underneath the hand washing sink in room 115. Needs to be repaired. **Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b). 8. Observed damaged light shield on the hallway leading to lower grades. Observed dead insects in the light shields in room 204 and the lounge. Needs to be cleaned. **All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b).
