Observed disinfectant wipes stored in reach of children in rooms 301, 303, 303, and 308. Observed glade air freshener in reach of children in 209 and lysol spray in 210. Keep all hazardous items stored away from children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
