General Comment: #8. Replace blown light bulbs in light fixtures throughout classrooms where needed. Wipe/dust window blinds throughout in classrooms and top of book shelving in library/media center.**All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). #3. Repair (1) out of order water fountain in modular unit and reattach front cover plate on water fountain in outside modular unit.**Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b). Mr. Reggie Wallace present at time of inspection.

Repair any roof leaks, then replace water stained ceiling tiles. Observed carpet soiled thoroughly in classrooms on back hallway behind media center. Recommend just replace stained and soiled carpet in rooms. Was informed by Mr. Reggie Wallace that carpet has been shampooed but stains/spots will not come out of carpet. Wipe/clean edges of doors and area around door handle to doors. Replace out of place ceiling tile in gym area. Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.
