Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed numerous leaks throughout school causing water damaged ceiling tiles (All hallways, classrooms, workrooms connecting classrooms together)
Observed missing ceiling tiles in workroom used by classroom #309; tile is missing due to leaking pipe from heating unit in ceiling. Observed wall in restroom inside classroom #309 having damaged wall paper in need of repair. |

Observed large amounts of adult roaches harboring inside maintenance / electrical room inside computer lab in need of immediate treatment; Observed ants on counter near sinks inside ART room in need of treatment. |
