Observed stained ceiling tiles in the hall outside cafeteria by A/C unit, in cafeteria, in 504, 305, and a warped tile in boys 100 hall bathroom. Needs to be checked for leaks and replaced. REPEAT. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes labeled “Keep out of Reach of Children” stored accessible to children in room 107, 106, 200, 301, 309, 311, and 302. Observed Lysol aerosol stored accessible to children in room 106. Toxic materials shall be stored to avoid health hazards. Facility can refer to manufacturer labels. REPEAT. |
