Observed stained ceiling tile above sink in room 105. Was told that a work order has already been placed. Happened over the weekend during snow/rain. Repair leak befoe replacing tile.
Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. |

Observed containers of chlorox wipes stored on rolling cart near teacher's desk in class 311 and a can of febreeze stored on rolling cart near class entrance at room 310.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). |
