Repeat: Observed disinfectant wipes, cans of paint, and cleaners stored unlocked within reach of the children in several rooms inspected as well as in the gym storage closet.
Store all hazardous items behind lock and key or not accessible to the children.
Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A
