Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed disrepair (no running water) hand sink in girl restroom cafeteria hallway. Observed loose faucet at hand sink in classroom 311. Observed some of the hand sink in the facility may need new caulking around to seal the cracks between the wall. Keep in good repair.
REPEAT
Soap and individual towels or approved hand-drying devices shall be provided. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (c).- Observed broken soap dispenser in boy restroom-cafeteria hallway, broken paper towel dispenser in girl restroom-200 hallway. Items need repair, and ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all time. |

Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410.- Observed water stain on ceiling tiles in 200 hallway around camera, and 300 hallway, classroom 103 and 107. Repair the leaks if there is any and replace the ceiling tiles. Observed PTA closet floor need cleaning and keep clean. |
