Floors, walls, and ceilings of all areas shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2410. Observed a few stained ceiling tiles sporadically throughout school building. EHS advises school to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tiles replaced. |

Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed disinfectant wipes, chemical cleaners, and aerosol disinfectant spray stored in reach of children sporadically throughout classes in school building and outdoor mobile units. EHS advises school to store toxic material per manufactures guidance that states, “keep out of reach of children”. |
