-REPEAT: Observed bulk amounts of wipes and/or cleaners in the media center (the side room where a class was present), KA, and Guidance room. Store all hazardous items out of reach of the children. *Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b).
-Observed droppings under he sink in KC. Clean and supervise the area. If more droppings are present, provide pest control.
There shall be no fly or mosquito breeding places, rodent harborages, or undrained areas on the premises. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (a).
